Another zombie game? The only defining feature I saw was weapon customization... Which is a copy and paste of ANOTHER zombie game. Don't fix what's not broke I guess? They also are going to try to release it in q4, with all the big tittles. I don't think any ones hands are going to be leaving keyboards(if you're cool) or controllers for a few months once Skyrim, BF3, and MWF are all released. So in short, overused game concept, nothing innovative, being released during a time when the biggest tittles of the year are coming out; All aboard the fail boat to fail town!
I agree, there have been so many isometric/top-down crappy zombie shooter clones out in the market. This one seems like it ripped off the art style of "Zombies Ate My Neighbors", even the font they used really reminds me of that game. Then the heroes actually look like people who'd be in that Zombies Ate My Neighbors game. Too bad this game doesn't seem to offer anything new or fun. At least the Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime somehow retained a little bit of fun, and Trapped Dead gave a somewhat interesting game of Real Time Strategy zombie killing. Are all small game companies really following this trend of creating top-down/isometric shooter games? I'm pretty sure that if they can make a game like this, they'd also be capable of creating a more immersive game that would actually look good and play good. This game seems like it's something highschool kids could create with the right tools. Technology is a lot more effective now that expectations for games have risen as well.
