Trauma Center: Second Opinion is probably the greatest game i've played in a while and is an actual competitor for best wii game in my collection. For one thing, the controls are VERY responsive. Also, the difficulty is just right. It can be extremely hard in some parts, but if you play them enough times and consult to the guide by rmz posted on this website, you can get through the hardest of levels. The only thing i despise about this game is the fact that sometimes the explanations can be a but confusing, resulting in massive failure and sometime massive bleeding :).
