This is a pretty good FPS. It is packed with action, but it has a slightly short storyline that is not that immersive or exciting. The graphics are pretty good, but they could always be better. The controls were a slight downfall to me. Whenever you move your gun the crosshair moves back to the center in an ackward way that takes some getting used to. The sound was pretty cool and had a lot of variety. This game had a ton of different types of levels and environments. There was also a ton of different kinds of weapons. Probably the key feature of this game is the variety and mapmaking feature. The mapmaking ability allows you so much replay value because if you get sick of the maps that you start out with, you can make a new one. The challenges and arcade mode allow you to unlock hundreds of things after you have already beaten the game. To me this was more a game of quantity than quality, but unlike most cases this game had just enough quality to make it well worth playing. This is one of the best FPS of its time, but when people start comparing it to Halo, I think that is going a little overboard.
