Elder Scrolls V is the follow up to Elder Scrolls Oblivion which came out in the mid 2000s

Skyrim is a rpg released by Bethesda Softworks in late 2011. It features a massive amount of quests, and the landscape is huge. There is enough to keep you interested for months. The Graphics are nice, much better than the previous elder scrolls and there have been at least a dozen new improvements including a new character interaction mode and improved shortcuts. The gameplay is much smoother than the previous ES and there is more to be done in this installment than any previous Elder Scrolls game. The one negative thing about Elder Scrolls V is that there are a ton of glitches, which is sort of expected with such a huge game, but i'm sure that updates will in due time fix them all. The ps3 version seems to have it's own share of glitches as far as missions malfunctioning and getting stuck in curtain spots, but it's alright, what Skyrim lacks in one area it easily makes up in another. Game is excellent, but because of the glitches, it's getting a 9
