Super Mario Advance 2, dare I say, is the definitive Super Mario World. Sure, the music has taken a hit in quality due to the GBA's sound driver, but it's far made up for due to saving your lives/power-ups/status for levels completed and Luigi actually having his Mario 2 physics.
