Rogue Leader is an all around excellent game. Some games have great visuals but sloppy gameplay, for example, but this game somehow manages to get an A in every area. Visually, it's pushing plenty of polygons, has large rendering distances, uses nice textures, plenty of bump mapping, and large levels of detail (ex: fly close to a stardestroyer). This game looks gorgeous, from the great models to the sun's reflection on the ocean, it is simply spectacular to see. Shooting down TIEs while staying focused on mission objectives makes for some fun gameplay, and once simply beating the levels is no longer a challenge, getting medals should keep you busy, so the game definitely has the legs to last for quite some time. The game itself has a very slick theme to it, it is essentially a ten level (plus bonus missions) summary of the classic star wars trilogy, beginning with the first death star and ending with the second, giving the game a very cohesive, complete feel to it. It's hard to fully convey just how good Rogue Leader is, so if you own a GameCube, it's a no-brainer, go out and rent this right now, you won't be disappointed.
