Beautiful racer that is well worth your time.

This review, mind you, does not include the review of the online. The thing I liked the most about this game is the fact of using your environment as a weapon. Driving under the wing of an airliner crashing into the runway that you are on , or even the sight of trucks hurling in your direction from a bridge exploding next to you just can't get any more hectic than that. The effects are used very nicely and make the game flash with excitement. The graphics are also very nicely done. I have noticed though that the AI will come out of nowhere and overlap you, happened a few times with 2 cars while I was in first place. Sometimes it's a good thing to be in first place, but sometimes it isn't because the other cars can trigger the power plays on you and wreck you. It would have been a good idea if you could activate the power plays behind you to wreck pursuers, but you can't have everything. There are also plenty of game modes to keep you occupied. If you are a fan of Burnout, this game will appeal to you. I highly recommend this game.
