At the firt impression my rate for the game was 8.0, the same of GameSpot, but after some hours playing my rate is 9.0

The game is amazing with some nice and original features like the combat system, the combat driving, etc
The missions are very nice and funny. I don't see many problems with the graphics that isn't the best actually but is better than GTA IV.
The important is that the game ensure many hours of fun.
