A slight improvement overall over the first Rugby League, graphics have been improved considerably while a number of gameplay features have been downgraded. The new career mode is a welcome addition, but the custom features have been cut a fair bit.
Gameplay - 5, a slight improvement.
Visuals - 6, better but not great.
Controls - 5, not very good on PC.
Multiplayer - 8, still great fun
Originality - 6, some new features, but still a lot like the previous entry.
Fun - 7, still great fun for a rugby league fan.
Overall - 6.2
