As a fisherman for many years, and a gamer for more, I have fished in real life and through video games many many times.

Bass fishing games vary from platform to platform, and they can never quite get it.

There have been fun one's on the PS2 and Dreamcast, and not so fun one's but they all retained some level of realism in the fight and weights of the fish available.

Then we come to Rapala. Fish with weights that would drag most folk into the pond are simply dragged in effortlessly, the graphics, features and sounds are simply not good enough for a next gen console.

I rue the day that this came into work and I went "oo oo oo I have to have that!".

For anyone looking to get this, go to your local tackle shop, get a cheap rod&reel and a fishing licence and get out there for real. This is a VERY pale imitation of what can be a really exciting sport.

VERY disappointed.
