Well after being completely out of the video game scene other than visiting here, I was just about to give up on games totally and be into my guns 100%. My first move the other day was to take in my Gamcube and trade it in for whatever I could get for it. I also brought in 4 xbox titles as well.

I ended up walking out of game swap with a brand new eletric blue DS( I didnt like the lite so dont ask.Nice screen,to small)and 4 games-MP Hunters-Mario 64-Brain age-Meteos.

I cant believe Ive never touched one of these before, Literally! This has done much more than get me back into games and make me want to keep my collection but has also taken about every minute I have had the last couple days. Its killing me now to take a break and ramble on about it but it has definetly changed my view on games forever.

I just went online and ordered Trauma center-under the knife and Phoenix wright. I will be getting Mario kart and advance wars in the next couple of days seeing on how they are not hard to find rare titles like the other 2.

When its all said and done I have to say Im am very excited for the Nintendo Wii cause I really honestly believe that the DS is just scratching the surface of the future of gaming is all about.........A return of FUN gaming!!!  ;)

I gotta say Im pretty excited about the new ghost in the shell movie coming out considering its based on the S.A.C. series. Anybody play the ps2 game? Ive been watching anime so long I still call it japanimation.(do you remember Tran zor Z?) Im totally numb to people who think it is stupid more or less because its been a part of my life for soooooo long. Anyways Im lookin forward to the Appleseed sequel as well and the series. I think anime flicks can make a great series but for some reason when it comes to hollywood films it just doesnt seem to work to well.(Blade,to many others to name)

I have had alot going on besides video games the last couple months and would like to apologize to everybody on my friends list for not responding to thier blogs. I would like to say that I DO enjoy reading and being a part of the gamespot community but as always........Responsibility before fun!!! I know this a little off topic for this place but after staying up all night watching the light show in my home in southern oregon I have come to believe in this supposed ufo phenomenom. I would first off like to say that I sorta of believed in the possibility of extraterrestrials but never really got into it nor obsessed with it. Did I see a ufo last night? NO. I seen about 1000 ufos's all night long. What appeared to be satellites sailing through the night sky became very clear that thats what they werent after countless numbers kept flying by in large numbers and sometimes only one at a time. The funny thing about satellites is that they dont do u-turns nor do they fly in unusual patterns. I seem crazy but it keeps happening. Most of the action was happening to the west of the north star. It seems to be an on going phenomenom that also has alot of people around were I live living in question? Very weird!

Well I dont mean to offend anybody but after spending about 2 months away from the net Ive come to realize that most people that surf the net are just a bunch of geniuses and know it all's. I clicked into the forums today and realized that the comments posted thier were just retarted. Same old crap but the date has just changed.

I think its funny that the revolution name has changed and everyone is up in arms about it and yet thats how most things go in life, Things change! Why is it so bad? Maybe not coming here all the time and reflecting on it is something that could be a little unhealthy.

Wow!!! I used to have alot of fun here but it seems like most individuals or I should say kids are just ruining the fun here. They dwell so much on things and reading what they write in the forums about it everyday is getting really old. Its funny how 2 months later its still old.

Why am I so dissapointed and angry? I love video games but it just seems like its more fun not to dwell on every little bit of info and actually see a new game that you havent been tracking for 2 years for the first time.

Now that I dont dwell as much I have found that Im alot more interested in gaming. Ive realized that its not a life style but just a part of a whole that I call my life. Ive realized that people on the net get away with being uber geniuses and just generally smarter than everyone else cause they spell better or seen the info on something first.

What is it about the net that people gotta be **** Is it because they have nobody to answer to? Is it because they are just that much better cause because they know a little more about one subject than somebody else knows? Is because they have the money to afford every game that comes out for pc and console and therefore are the leading authorities on that genre or game?

I will say that Im glad for every friend that I have made here at gamespot but Im just generally disgusted with the overall outcome of the communication skills and ways to communicate with my fellow gamers and friends mostly because of the people who dont know how to just walk away from thier computers for a while.

I read an article the other day on is xbox 360 hurting the gaming indusrty? I thought to myself naah! No way is it hurting gaming and then I decided to try and go purchase one as a birthday present to myself.After an exhausting day of going to literally 20 stores I came to realize that this damn thing is hard as hell to get a hold of.All the stores I went said the same thing as if they are all programed."No we dont have any in and we dont know when we are getting them.Try this tuesday" I swear it as if they are all in the same boat reading the same script.Today it was just pouring snow outside and I got to stay home from work today(Well I write my own hours;))But I decided to see how buying one of the internet would be.Now I have to go back to the earlier part of this blog and say "Is the xbox 360 hurting gaming?" Well after seeing how the only way I could even get a system was to.....

A: Buy an extremely expensive bundle pack with crap that I dont even want and an unsure delivery date

B:Buy just a premium system that costs $200 dollar than the store shelf price and doesnt have all the crap that I dont want

C: Rob about 5 liquor stores and so that way I can afford a premium bundle pack with crap I dont want for $699.99 and an unsure shipping date and a cramped stomach from the slim jims I grabbed on the way out

D: Try and walk out with one hidden under my expensive and over priced HD-TV

So is the xbox 360 hurting the gaming industry? Well I have got to say yes with just a splash of no.It is hurting the gaming industry because the very people that keep the industry going(Us gamers) cant even get a hold of the new product coming out and we are supposed to be diligent about it?Patient?Uuuhhh....what happens if I cant get one all the way until Revolution or PS3? And what if I can easily go in and pick up one of thoses console? Am I supposed to start taking sides? This sucks more or less because I know when I eventually do get my hard working hands on one Im probably goin to have fun playin all the games that Ive been wanting to try and this whole ordeal with buying one will be gone but why should the very people that keep the gaming industry alive not have the chance to purchase next gen stuff wether it be to expensive or unavailable.Seriously! WTF? I feel like this gen of consoles is made to be just out of reach!I still need a damn HD-TV!

I cant believe Im 27 years old today.I gotta say Ive had a kick ass 27 years on this earth and I hope to get another 27 and make some great friends along the way! Im goin to the gun shop to get my Remington .270 today(bolt action).Cant wait! If I can find a 360 today Im goin to get that as well for a birthday gift from me to me.Well I better go so I can begin my search.Hopefully a little birthday luck will come through.

Why is that everytime I go to the forums and want to have constructive conversations about games that there are always more posts about "How do I do this in this game" or "I need help with a certain level","Is this game any good","Which game should I buy?".

Listen this is getting waaay old! First off the moment you log on to gamespot.com you are connected to a multitude of gaming info.You can look up any game your interested in and get previews,reviews,community reviews,video previews,video reviews,and walkthroughs such as online stradegy guides,tips and tricks.But for some reason these idiots want to go in and ask these petty questions when the obvious thing is to LOOK IT UP!Sorry but I have to get this off my chest cause I just sit back and wonder were the hell everyones common sense went to?

Yes I have gotten a terms of violation from answering just like this which is fair seeing how Im being rude but come on! Well I guess all I can say is my grandfather was right "When stupidity hits,It doesnt give any warning".

After reading about the possibility of there being a Neon Genesis Evangelion movie I was glad and very happy to hear that it was not to be and was put on the back burners.After sifting through articles over at IGN I noticed that the talks about this movie are starting to surface and this time are for real.Oh God please dont let one of my favorite anime series of all time be ruined by hollywood.I am totally aware that richard taylor over at weta has his hands in on this considering how much he enjoys it but come on.The lord of the rings as a movie trilogy worked Neon Genesis just has no concivible way.It took every episode to flesh out the characters and angel sequences but here they want to make a movie?I would jump for the idea of a live action television series but a movie is just inconcivable and in my honest opinion IMPOSSIBLE! I used to like wetas work.Now Im very dissapointed:( Here is the stupid link.

Well I just got my OXM mag today with the black demo in it.I think I was expecting to much from this game considering how all the critics are talkin a bunch about this game and the fact that it was made by criterion.First off your player feels like he has an anchor attached to him.Thier was no sensitivity for your aimer which was a drag! The enemy AI was not very intelligent like some of the gaming sites say it is.They seem to just feed themselves to you.The death animations are horrible!!! Nothing like shooting a character and him and all his friends all die in the jesus christ pose.There were a couple other animations but not many at all.Another words the rag doll physics suck!I really hope the finished product isnt like this because I wasnt really to impressed with it at all.Oh well chaulk up another game thats got a cool concept but never really follows through.When I play FPS I really look at how my character moves and aims,I also look at how satisfying it is to kill enemys as well if the game has vehicles and online capabilites.Im not to picky if a game doesnt have online but I think that online is the only thats going to save this game in the long run which is the one thing that is missing?
