This movie can without a doubt be classified as a truely great peice of modern film. Set in the beautiful, classic, and whimsical Victorian era, the film tells and edge of your seat story about two magicians and their battle to best the other. What makes this film great is the appeal to the audience. So well done are the tricks, what is revealed and what is not, that is keeps the viewer begging for more. I was tempted several times to skip ahead and find out the secrets. The abundance of authentic british accents made it quite a pleasure on the ears, and I was extrememly impressed with the performance of the actor who plays Nikola Tesla, whom I will not reveal. Hugh Jackman did a fantastic job of playing a man driven to the edge, I would expect nothing less from an actor of his caliber. I also applaud the often overlooked Michael Caine for yet another excellent performance. I never had to shout at the TV as I often do, when I find a character stupid or annoying. This is definately a movie worth seeing, and is # 164 on IMDB's top 250 movies of all times. Congradulations to director Christopher Nolan for yet nother great work.

SupCom LAN game
by usdm85 on Comments
so a few of the friends and i decided to try out a nice little game of SupCom. one of my nancy buddies, known as pooner, was afraid to fight head to head with me and my roomate, so we had to make it a 4 vs 2 comps. we set them on hard to give us a challenge right? we start the game and everything seems to be going fine, and then the lag begins. we get to a point where it takes 30 seconds to build a 2 second unit, so 15 times slower than is should be. it was terrible. we finally had to quit because after about 5 hours of play nobody had anything that could begin to dent the computer's defenses. all told the game said we had only played for 40 min! ridiculous. so as the computer get faster, the games get prettier, the faults remian. ::sigh:: alas poor gamers.
