@cfernandomaciel I logged in to comment basically that. He has done an impressive work, why would he want to work for someone else? Keep up the good work and keep up the freedom, as an indie developer he could do much more and obtain a far larger profit.
There's virtually no limit to the profit that can be obtained with intellectual property, when working for a salary the numbers are written down and quite clear. Tools like Unreal Engine are open and free to use (with some terms and conditions), which offers more freedom than mods for a game.
Sure, he may lack some knowledge and experience, but at 19 he is young and he has shown determination. With time and effort, knowledge and experience can be obtained.
All in all, a job in Bethesda can be a good opportunity to learn the good and the bad. I only hope he gets to learn the good, discards the bad, follows his passion and moves to develop great games to the fullest of his potential, which can usually only be achieved with a good amount of freedom.
No significant improvement in graphics since gamespot can't tell the difference, the 3rd picture in the 1st page confuses Halo 2 and Halo3 and the last picture in the 2nd page has 2 pictures of Halo3. Just joking, it looks cool for a beta, but other games that haven't been released have been looking better for a long time, as crysis.
