After seeing Gamefaq's "Top 10 FF bosses" a wave of nostalgia hit me. So, to prepare myself for Final Fantasy 14, I'm going to take a leaf out of Silvur's book and I'm going to do a FF Marathon, starting with 1, finishing with 13 and skipping 11 (For obvious reasons) And I'll be skipping the other games other than the main series because there's just TOO many and I don't have all the systems. :P
After each game I'll write up a small review.
Completion Status
Final Fantasy: COMPLETED! (Final Party Level: 64, Chaos beaten (Done with the game, Time spent: 16:28). Flaws with the game: POISON/Immovable NPC's/Bosses are too easy/Final boss was TOO easy, especially compared to the second to last.)
Final Fantasy II: COMPLETED!(There are no levels, Emperor beaten (In 3 FREAKING HITS :( ) (Time spent: 8:32) Flaws with the game: Really weird way of "leveling", felt short due to the game's difficulty, last boss was pathetic)
Final Fantasy III: COMPLETED!(Final Party Levels: 52, 54, 52, 53, Cloud of Darkness beaten (FINALLY a worthy endboss) (Time Spent: 27:12) Flaws with the game: Frustrating bosses, clunky menus, script is lol-worthy)
Final Fantasy IV: COMPLETED!(Final Party levels: Everyone at 77, except for Kain: 79. Zeromus decimated (Time Spent: 23:22) Flaws with the game: Voice acting is lame, other than that nothing. :) )
Final Fantasy V: COMPLETED!(Final Party levels: 65/67/66/67. Neo ExDeath killed (Again...) (Time Spent: 25:04) Flaws with the game: The Job System was tedious, the story was meh, and the ending was HORRIBLE)
Final Fantasy VI: Indefinitely postponed thanks to work. :(
Final Fantasy VII:Not started
Final Fantasy VIII:Not started
Final Fantasy IX:Not started
Final Fantasy X:Not started
Final Fantasy XII:Not started
Final Fantasy XIII:Not started
Wish me luck. :D
