It's rather simple really, The gaming era when you were 12-17 years old, will stay in your mind as "the best" one.

Let me guess, 95% of people playing MP FPS these days are teens whose first game was CoD4 which "defined FPS genre" "the roots of MP FPS" xD

Funny stuff, keep playing FPS games on consoles without recoil, as small skill gap as possible etc.

You got x2+ more pixels on the screen, at any Monitor size the difference is DEFINITELY noticable

Sitting 5+ metres away from Monitor or Eye problem or not played enough on given resolution.

All those resolution and frame rates discussions... so rediculous.

First try with 8 Gigs of ram at 11-11-11-24 latency , then try with 4 Gigs, then try with 2 Gigs, then overclock it to 9-9-9 and try again.

After you do that you will realise the "delusional people" were right about how not important RAM is.

I just posted something I noticed after I did some benchmarks with my ram.

It's your opinion vs my facts. RAM doesn't effect textures/particles etc. PERIOD. It's just memory.
