How about they focus on optimizing the game first, and then adding all the cool shit. This game should not be running at sub 30 FPS at medium settings on a GTX 970. I've even seen people complaining about getting 40FPS with SLI 980TI's.

Is all this shit awesome as ****? Yes... If I could play it for more then 10 minutes at a time before calling quits due to frustration.

@Meta_Dragon: Well that's a pretty close minded way to look at things, Early Access is there to make development easier for devs, they're games being made, and Steam does a wonderful job of telling you that. Besides, they're there for whoever wants them, no-one is forcing you to buy them and you could just treat them like every other game and buy them when the final version comes out. You're basically saying that Call Of Duty should not be aloud to be sold on Steam because you simply don't like the game, a lot of people enjoy participating in the development of a game, it's an interesting experience and taking that away from them for the singular reason that you don't like the idea is, for the lack of better words, fucking retarded. The process goes on as it would any other way, if the game is canceled during early access, it would have been canceled the same way if it was in closed development, the only difference here is that now players will know what developers are trustworthy and which ones are stealing sacks of shit. If anything, early access is purifying Steam's developer base.

The same concept goes for the "garbage indie games", no one is forcing you to buy those games, and a lot of people actually enjoy them.

As for the refunds thing, it's fixed now, yes it was one of the major problems with Steam, but it's fixed now and you should stop beating on a dead horse.

I'll give you that there's problems with the customer service on Steam, but I refuse to believe that one single issue is enough to justify calling a whole platform "crap".

Meh, the fact Blink stops time in the DLC makes it look cooler than it actually is.

@Meta_Dragon: Crap? I bet you never even used it. I've been on Steam for years and the only thing I've ever complained about was the inability of getting refunds, but even that is fixed now. Steam is a great platform for PC gaming, buying games is quick and easy, online interaction is as smooth as ever, the social aspect of Steam is also very well fleshed out. There is literally nothing to complain about Steam. But sure, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, tell me what you find "crap" about Steam, I'm very interested in your response.

@spartan11mc: Ah, it's still cool I'll get to look at the box. And I'm getting it on PC.
