2011 is looking to be an epic year for games. Though i plan on buying more than 3, these are the ones ia have the highest hopes for. Note: I only own a xbox360 Mortal Kombat 9: Iam not a huge fan of fighting games but this game looks incredibly promising. I havent played any of the games since MK3 ( i was roughly 10 at the time). But i have watched alot of the demos and reminds me of what i used to love in these games. The gore, great chacters with individual styles, and a return back to the roots. Iam expecting alot of long nights with friends on this one. Hoping the 360 gets an epic charcter in the future (PS3 owners getting Kratos) LA Noire: I may be wrong on this but this looks to be flying under the radar. I havent looked to much into the game but one word says it all ROCKSTAR. Coming off games like Grand theft auto 4, Red dead redemption this is practically a no brainer. Also looking forward to the time setting of 1940s-1950s Los Angeles. Mass Effect 3: The big one for me. Mass effect 2 could arguably been the best game of the last 10 years. If not than the best sequal since Metal Gear Solid 2 ( yes i loved that game and will surely get negative feedback on it). Little is known but we do know, Earth is a major setting, Hundreds of variables will take effect in this game that you did in the first two games, The guy from avatar has a voice in it, and this is the final game in the series. Its looking like a end of the year release which is going to be crammed to iam prepared for a possible early 2012 release. These choices werent easy but Iam absolutly pumped for these realeases. Other games that iam looking forward are: Gears of war 3, Battlefield 3, The elder scrolls: Skyrim, and i hate to say but i will more than likely buy it whatever the next Call of duty game is.
