S.E.E.A fights back...Anticipating military aggression from the big 3, S.E.E.A uses puppet corporations to acquire military hardware. It upgrades all military hardware with state of the art computers and A.I.

The big 3 prepare for a tactical nuclear strike on key S.E.E.A computer manufacturing sites. Aware of this, the S.E.E.A launches a preemptive strike on all Big 3 satellites and medium and long range ballistic missile platforms and installations. -simultaneously disrupting all supply lines of raw goods to The Big 3.

The Big 3 are now forced into a conventional war with a superior and virtually inexhaustible military.
