Mangled... Tattered and Torn... Not the Amy I know...
Running towards the sight, the sight that scarred my inner being, I desperatly began my search for Amy. Oh please let her be alive... I pleaded. Franticly I threw derbis through the air, trying to find her. "Amy!" I yelled. "Amy, are you here?! Say something if you can here me!!" No reply. I sighed. I tried yelling again. "Amy!!! It's me, Sonic!! Are you here?!?" Still no answer. If she's dead... I.. I... I shook my head. I couldn't think that way. Amy was a fighter. She wouldn't give up, no matter what. She's tough. She can withstand anything... Oh man... I needed to find her soon.
Tossing and scrambling all around the foundation of the house, I was beginning to lose hope. Either she was taken, or she had been burned up in the fire. I sat down. How could this happen? Why did it happen? Oh, if only I'd gotten here sooner! I pounded my fist into the ground. I felt my eyes begin to water. If you know me, I'm not one for tears. I stopped them before any fell. Now was not the time for crying. I hit the ground again. But then, something told me to call her name just one more time. So, I looked up, and shouted at the top of my voice: "Amy!!!!!" And then I heard a muffled noise. My heart nearly leaped out of my chest. The voice was familliar. It had to be her, it just HAD to be. Then, my heart nearly stopped again when I saw a hand faintly rise above the debris. I sped over to the hand, and pulled it up. Out of the debris, came the girl, that I'd loved and been looking for the past hour or so. "Amy!?" I whispered. "I-is that you?" Amy tried to open her eyes, but with no prevail, so she spoke without doing so. "S-s-sonic?" I sighed a sigh of relief. "Yes, it's me Ames. I'm right here." She tried to open her eyes again, but still no luck. "H-help... explosion... bright light... shine... missle..." She rambled. "Amy, tell me about this later, we have GOT to get you to the hospital." I said, picking her up. "But," I decided to ask. "Who did this to you?" And she coughed and said: "E-eggman... I.. I saw his ship right before... the.. explosion... Aargh!" She clutched her stomach. "Oh, man!" I said, C'mon. Let's go," And I tightend my girp of her, and with Amy in my arms, I ran what I think is the fastest I've ever ran, to the hospital.
