Great article, Mark. I've been thinking more seriously about mini-ITX for my next rig and it's certainly appealing. I can easily put it in my apartment and easily carry it to a LAN party.

I'm glad GameSpot ran these tests; they're the first website I've seen to run concrete tests comparing the two. It finally seems like Vista is about the same level as XP gaming-wise.

I'm surprised that a non-Nvidia chipset motherboard can run SLI! Certainly, when Nvidia releases their dual core 9xxx video card, it will be interesting to see the benchmarks with those in the system.
