Halo update didn't seem to much. Been "searching for more players" for about 20 minutes now, and earlier when I actually did get to play, I couldn't get more than one match without having to back out to the main menu to restart matchmaking
Can't argue with a fanboy. Had enough time waiting on still broken matchmaking to find this comment in the string, log into my acct and reply. Online MP is still broken. 5/10 for me
If ratings were purely value based, it would be a 9 or 10. These are all games most people have played, and some of it looks seriously dated. Nothing original, and multiplayer still doesn't work that well. I'd give them an extra point since the original review for their effort and some slight matchmaking improvements (hope they aren't high-5'ing each other just yet). 7/10
After you've waited 20 minutes between each round of multiplayer for a few hours, you may start agreeing with the 6/10 rating. I hope it's fixed with an update, but these issues remind me way too much of BF4
If you only bought this for MP, 6/10 seems like a pretty charitable score based on my experience. It's only one negative point against a game with many positives, but for me and many others, it's a total deal breaker for Halo to have broken online MP.
Because when I download a 5 year old game, I want to be sure I can play it years later. Microsoft doesn't get it at all. Sony releasing recent games for free now keeps the ps3 relevant. Microsoft is going to have to offer something better if they want me to get my 360 out of the box it's been packed away in for months.
Don't hire a snarky comedian whose main job is roasting reality clips to host your terrible show with awards nobody cares about, trailers for games that were announced months ago, and announcements that get leaked to gaming sites the day before. Whoever made that call probably keeps bacon in their pockets and wonders why their dog is always sniffing.
