My wife and I recently bought a 26" Sanyo LCD HDTV only for the soul purpose of our gaming experinces on my xbox 360, namely skyrim, crysis 2, COD and resident evil 5. Anyway little did I realize how much of a pain in the butt it would be to program the general picture settings plus the extra misc settings i.e signal balancer, edge enhancer and dynamic contrast. I have no friggin idea what any of these features are supposed to be adjusted for, thing is none of the settings have a number indicator but just a plain old bar that slides up and down. Granted I've spent easily an entire evening while playing skyrim attempting to fiddle with the settings constantly but to no avail. The background shadows and pixels seemed to tear and bleed out every time I would look around (inside dragonreach and the underforge) is this perticular model of tv supposed to do that or do I need to just grin and bare it? If there is anyone out there that may own a sanyo like mine that could advise me the best direction regarding this issue I would greatly appreciate it! Serious responses only please.
