Level 54
I must be doing good to get this far.
My 1st New Military Shooter of the Year
So I finally got it, the PC version of course, lolconsoles(they're good, but not PC good).
So far I'm loving themultiplayerbesides a few things, but for the single player, eh, not really impressive, and I have yet to do co-op but I want to soon. But what's really impressive is how optimized it is.On highest settings the campaign does 30-100FPS with an average of 40-70FPS, and on my averagecpuwith 2gpusthat isn't so bad. The same can't be said for themultiplayermainly when rendering large environments, mycpuhates it. Normally it's 30-60FPS, but when rendering so much it dips into the 20s because thecpucan't keep up with thegpus, time for a newcpu.
Also, this game is a VRAM eater. On Ultra(highest settings) it can sometimes go over 1GB meaning it pushes my gpus to it's limits. With AA off in Ultra, it really doesn't get over 1GB from what I played and of course runs smoother. When I do get new gpus it will so be over 1GB, hopefully near 2GB or more. Hell, here's a pic of it using 1000MB(1GB), looks really good though.
Oh my, there's a Phoenix Wright movie
I wish I was making this up, but I'm not, not sure what to say about this, lol.

GTA V and Just Cause 3 announced
Just Cause 3 is still rumored though should be announced soon, but GTA V is confirmed with a trailer to be shown next week. Sandbox heaven anyone?
Most odd system requirements ever
As you all know, we rely on system requirements when it comes to games, however, there is one game coming out soon that makes me baffled to no end, and that is this:
There is so much fail in this that I don't even believe it. Where do I begin:
1. The cpu: Granted, this is our least of the worries for the specs, but honestly, I don't think a game like this needs a cpu like that. I doubt it's rendering a lot on screen, let alone needing a quad core, but oh well, seems oddly cpu extensive.
2. The gpu: This is where it goes to hell. Honestly, unless this game gets a graphical makeover(in which I doubt it will seeing how long it took to develop the PC version), no way does this game need a gpu like that. That gpu's cheapest price is 470 bucks, and needing 1.5GB VRAM is absurd. What could it possibly be rendering with a game like that? Not to mention: It looks nowhere near as good as the best looking games, and requiring this gpu to max it out is stupid.
But here's a funny thing: That's for Nvidia users, for AMD, all you need is a 6850, which is about as powerful and as much as a 460(150-200 bucks), need proof, here:
Why are AMD owners lucky but not Nvidia owners like me. That alone makes the need for a 580 bogus.
3. The ram: 8GB RAM??? This has to be a joke, the highest I've seen is 4GB for some recent games. 8 is double that and this game must be resource hungry. I have 8GB RAM, I barely have enough to play the game.
Overall, I don't believe it. It will cost like near 650 bucks in gpu, cpu and ram alone to max it, and that's not counting everything else you need for a PC. I'll wait until I see how it runs for people, but for now, that has to be the most hilarious thing I've seen. BF3 has less demand than that and looks better, proof is in the requirements:
See ya, time for me to get back to the battlefield, and collecting souls, and becoming good/evil, btw I beat Resistance 3 as well.
