It's nutty to believe it means, though, that it has no flaws whatsoever, that you just throw out all other games period. The bias you speak of must be shared by most other reviewers of this game, as well...

Awesome...was not expecting that score from this site. Have had it preordered since August of last year and can't wait to play it.

An 8 here is like a 10 elsewhere, so Wii U owners should be pleased. It would be nice though if there was a better explanation in these reviews as to how the score was arrived at. Often, the reviews will be glowing, but the score won't reflect that...it makes no sense. So, why not explain how the scoring works, how each reviewer decides on that number? Is it random, a gut feel type of thing?

Otherwise, a cynic might believe that you just purposely score a game lower so as to appear tougher on games than other sites, or to attract clicks, or it's due to a bias against certain games and platforms. Good thing I'm not a cynic, though.

@miine I don't understand the boss battle thing either. It's all about gettibng it right to progress, not to have your hand held in order to do so.
