Does anyone think Sony might only have mod support for the upcoming Ps4 ?

This makes me switch to the Xbox 1. Am I the only one that feels this way. Approximately 900 MB are you serious I was really anticipating the mods on my Fallout 4 game play but I guess not. Thanks Sony
