Anybody knows PS2-PS3 gamesin the vain of Second Sight, The Suffering:TTB andThe Darkness? You know, that kind of game where you hear voices in ur head. It doesn't have to be a horror game. Justsomething with a psychological layer

Wait, you're right. does that mean i can't experience that cinematic feel when playing games? wouldn't a 120Hz tv make a differance on games that run at 60 fps at most?

Yes the smothering thing sounds exactly like what I'm trying to describe. it makes the picture more cinematic and realistic. and i saw that effect on game videos like uncharted 2 & god of war 3 videos. does that feature exist in any HDTV with at least 120Hz or in LCD screens generally?

Thanks man

i playmy ps3on a 37"PDP (Plasma Display Panel) HDTV with an HDMI cable. i've setmy ps3 to HDMI in display setting, andlet it automatically select the resolutions supported by my tv.everything seems in place. But when i see trailers or developer videos, i can't help but notice that there's something missing in my screen. there's something in those videos, a flow or something that makes the picture quality better. and adds more realism and make the graphics feel more alive (not talking about 3D) i don't know what its called..Will getting an LCD screen provide me with quality i'm talking about or the problem lies somewhere else?
