I have my rig hooked up to a 42" 1080p lcd. It works great. I've had it this way for probably 3 years. I love it. I find it really hard to go back to a monitor. I have a 23" monitor that just sits in the corner because it seems so small to use now. As long as it's LCD there wont be any burn-in issues.

I used ASRock for both of my "newer" builds in my sig. They are great boards!!! I really enjoy the boards because they overclock so easily. The board for my 6 core is about $75. And I was able to OC to 4.0ghz no problem. I would highly recommend them.

Is it overclocked? I used to have a q6600 at 3.6ghz. Should be able to overclock to 3.2-3.4ghz pretty easily. I think it would be fine for skyrim if you overclock it.

You could also overclock your 920... it's very easy to do.. and would net you a good gain in fps in many games. But what I would do is return your 6850 and get a 5870

Why not get a 5870 for $199. I have 2 and they're amazing. Theyre phasing them out right now. 1 5870 with your processor plays crysis 2 constant 60fps. and any other game.

Here are a few options. These will crush a 460...
