I can't believe how crazy the preorders have been in the US .. it seemed chaotic. Is it all sold out for launch day now at retailers?

The stock levels must be pretty decent going off preorders here in Australia... both console options are still available for preorder at all retailers for June 5 from what I can see. It'll be interesting to see if they sell out quick in the US.
