for RTS games and anything that requiers alot of strategy it makes sense to watch some videos to learn what works well.

@Ravenlore_basic @bbq_R0ADK1LL you're avarge PC you can buy from walmart is around the same power as a PS4 or xbox one. they use old tech you can hardly call them mid grade gameing PC compared to what is on the market now. a ps4 is like a 7870 a mid to highend card 2 years ago and a Xbox one is not even a 7850 it wont even push out 1080p 30fps high end PC's are hiting well over 100 FPS on 1440p and 60 fps on 4k on just one video card now. and things are going to change even more in the next year soon mid grade video cards will do 4k my guess is around Q2 2016 we will see $250 video cards doing 4k at 60 fps with high setings or 1440p ultra past 100 fps

@Ravenlore_basic @bbq_R0ADK1LL there are some clear down grades in the witcher 3 to the graphics I don't see it efecting things like facial animations or animations at all. the drowngrades are clear in things like lighting partical efects smoke fog fire water reflections and textutre res and the detail on things like grass and trees so yes consoles are in a way holding back PC graphics.
