I have to say I was really impressed. The atmosphere and mood of the first game carried over. Of course it wasn't exciting as the original because it had been done before. I also felt the story was flat compared to the first Dead Space. I almost wished EA had not revisited Isaac Clark but rather changed the character and scenery. I also missed the 3D maps of the original DS. However, the gameplay, graphics, and weaponry we're all enjoyable and top notch. I still had just as much fun demolishing the necromorphs as in the original games. The ripper still buzzed through the undead in the same way that my Troy bilt mower viscerates the grass in my yard. I am currently in a second "normal" playthrough trying to upgrade all the weapons.
