I know a few friends who have done this with 100% success - by insisting that it happens sporadically which is then unprovable.

On a side note - Mods have been locking these topics and taking points away from the posters - as these types of questions are considered fraud by MS and the Mods here on GS. Just giving you a heads up to be careful.

At the end of the day, there IS a problem with my 360, it freezes every 10 minutes. We'll see what happens, thanks guys.

It might seem a bit odd, but this is the situation I'm in. My 360 keeps freezing with all my games, and it needs repairing. I rang MS and told them that my 360 has the 3 red lights and the sent me a label and I'm sending it off tomorrow. The reason I told them I have the red lights is because if you do, you can send it in for free.

Thing is, they might look at my 360 and send it straight back as it hasn't got the red lights, but it does have a problem. I'm hoping they look at it regardless, see the problem, fix it and send it back.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or does anyone know what they might do?

Ok, I'm having freezing issues with my 360, but only with certain games. It freezes all the time with games like Too Human, Bioshock, and Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, but it never freezes for games like Guitar Hero 3, GTA IV and FIFA (it also never freezes at the dashboard). If it froze with every game, then I understand the problem, but why only with certain games? Why does if freeze for GH: Aerosmith but not for GH: 3?

Any advice or ideas would be great.

I live in Europe and I want to get Rock Band 2. I need the drums, but the Rock Band 2 instruments have no European release date yet, and probably won't release til next year. My choices of instruments are RB 1 or GH:WT along with RB 2 stand-alone disc. The question is, which game has the better instruments? I've heard a lot of complaints about both, so I'm really not sure which to get.

BTW, I haven't used these boards in a while, so this question may have been asked many times.

Anyone interested in the album Chinese Democracy? It's been in the making for almost sixteen years, and it's expected to release soon.

Latest rumor is that four albums will release along side the MTV Video Music Awards in September.

For me, the samples leaked so far are great. Not as good as Appetite For Destruction, but still good.

Will anybody else be getting it?
