Thanks to my friend frodneckod I've dived into the trance inducing world of the band "Muse". I just bought there new cd on Itunes and I am defffinatly impressed. The cd kinda sucked me in and i got lost inside it, check it out.

I cracked open my mail box to find this month's game informer laying underneath a few layers of junk mail. I slided open the cold pages to find a list of what they thought was the top ten xbox 360 achievements. Here's the list of the 10 elusive achievements: 1. Dead Rising's Zombie Genocider kill 53,594 zombies 2. Burnout Revenge's Celebrity Status In game video must be in the top 20 viewed 3. Ghost Recon's Assassin You must kill someone who has the Assassin achievement 4. Splinter Cell's Invisible Man Complete a level without being detected 5. F.E.A.R.'s Afraid You must find a way to earn negative points in a multiplayer match 6. Pac-Man's Perfect Eat all four ghosts in all four pellets in one level 7. Dead Rising's Zombie Road Walk on top of a crowd of zombies for 33 feet 8. Call of Duty 3's Hot Potato Return five live grenades 9. Contra's Full Assault Complete contra in under 12 minutes 10. Tony Hawk Project 8's Break 15 Bones In One Bail You have to break 15 bones in one spill I'm proud to say that I have numbers 1,6,7, and 8 on this list... What numbers do you guys have, if any?

I've been playing gears of war a lot lately and just hit the big 950 in it (or 48/49 achievements)... The 10,000 kill achievement is going to take ahwile... and hopefully the game will move faster without me trying to get special weapon achievements. There was also an update for gears today, and i really like what they changed and think that it was a bunch of good decisions... I thought it was hilarious when the list said "rare" for the most common glitches.... Here is a list of what was addressed in this update: • Fixed aspect ratio distortion when using VGA cable with 4:3 displays at resolutions higher than 640x480 • Fixed voice issue with new players joining Player Match games in progress • Players can now get the Achievement for "Dish Best Served Cold" when using Troika turret to kill RAAM • Fixed rare situation where host could loop countdown and never start match • Fixed rare situation where players could get stuck after chainsawing in multiplayer • Reduced Grenade Tag melee distance • Enabled “Strict” NAT check on host to prevent possible connection issues • Optimized server browser queries to return results more quickly and prevent scroll bars from hiding quality of service icons • Reduced number of possible revives in Execution to match Warzone • Removed host name from Ranked match server browser • Disabled security cameras in Ranked matches • Ranked matches now require balanced teams (3v3 or 4v4) • Increased penalty for quitting a Ranked match to -50 points • Added additional cheat detection code • Additional housekeeping updates adios. -cupajoe38

I just docked off a few points from my gears of war review in the value section. Some of you might still be caught up in the uproaring tide that is Gears, but I can see a little more clearly that this game doesn't deserve the outrageous 10s in which it's recieving. You might disagree with me, but gears in my mind is fading. It's still a really fun game... just not as great as the hype makes you want to believe. Still very good though.

Sooner than later I will start a series of articles dubbed "the greatest games ever" in which i will write on some of the best games in existence. I have a couple in mind, but you guys can help me out by naming some of your favorite games of all time. So what in your mind is the greatest game (or series) ever?

This is an image of the new HD tv i opened thursday night. It's a 32 inch LCD screen and it has really added a new dimension to my xbox 360 gaming. It is so world crumblingly different it makes me shutter to think of going back to the small white tv i was on before... It feels like i dream in high definition too. Yet another dimension was added to my daily electronic forays when i got to open my two video game chairs this morning. I have connect almost everything in my house to the speakers built into the chairs (and subwoofers), it's really fun. I have connected my ipod, ds, psp, n360, tv, and radio to the chairs... and it sounds amazing! One last early present i recieved a couple of hours ago was the HD-DVD player for the 360. We bought 3 movies for it: King Kong (which comes with it), Troy, and Apollo 13.The picture quality is outstanding and I feel really lucky to get these presents early, or even at all. Keep it cool and happy holidays.

There has recently been a new show to come to japan called death note. It started out as a 108 chapter manga (japanese comic) and was also made into a live action movie in japan. It was recently made into a Anime (japanese cartoon) that I have been watcing on youtube. The story follows light, a straight A japanese student, who came across a black notebook called "the death note." In the grim note book you can write a person's name and they will die within the next 40 seconds. You can also specify their death, and if you don't they simply die of a heart attack.
