Not much to say really, overall I thought it was good but a lot of it I didn't like, verging on hating.
The action sequences were phenomenal but I found a lot of the humour in it to be really stupid. Need I mention the "tooth fairy" remark? Also there was Optimus Prime's face...I mean he looked like he was talking out of his chin! They should have kept to having him have the full face mask thing like he had in the G1 days IMHO.
At the end there was understandably plenty of room left for a sequel and if there is one I saw more robot fights and less people!
Titles should be banned...

Long time no blog! I think that you may have realised that I'm far from a frequent blogger but anyways here goes.
I have lots of stuff happening at the moment so GS time has been limited lately. Unluckily this coincided with my becoming an Officer in the True 40K Union. Still I try to get on and check up on things whenI get the chance. Its great to have the opportunity to do more for the Union but its just a shame I can't spare much time for it at the moment. I'm thinking I could try and cover more of the TT aspect of the 40k Universe as most of the other aspects are being covered nicely. Argh this is turning into a ramble already...
Spare time has been devoted to reading lately, I think I'v read 3 books in about 4 days, one of which I'm embarassed to say was the last Harry Potter  Anyways the up side is that I also read Fulgrim, I actually finished it a while ago but haven't made any real attempt at reviewing it so here goes. The story follows Fulgrim (not unsurprisingly) from the time before Istavaan V and follows him up until just after the drop site massacre. We see Fulgrim as a Loyalist and then see his descent into Chaos. As with the rest of the series I couldn't fault the writing and although I felt it had a fairly slow start for a Black Library novel it soon picked up. There are plenty of action sequences starting off with the Emperor's Children facing off against a xenos species known as the Laer. The Eldar also make an appearance which introduces Eldrad Ulthran. Other characters that feature are the Primarchs Ferrus Manus, Corax, Vulkan and of course Horus. In summary I'd recommend it, I rate it one of the best in the series, although that may be because it is fresher in the memory :P
On the music front I just heard the new albums from Queens of the Stone Age and also the Smashing Pumpkins. I liked them both but they are not the best form the bands. Nothing else to say really other than I'm still looking forward to seeing the Transformers when it is released in the UK despite Goblins review!

Glad I got off 13, toobin what is that anyway? Thought I hadn't blogged in a while so here goes
Saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean Movie last night, I thought it was OK but not brilliant. Johnny Depp was class which is to be expected but some of the action sequences were just so over the top! Also Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly get on my nerves whenever i see them but it still has its moments.
I recently got a Wraithlord off eBay and am stuck on what wargear to give it, I'm thinking Wraithblade and Brightlance atm but what do u guys recon?

First ever blog, so god knows what I'll talk about lol.
Recently finished reading The Flight of the Esenstien and its actually a really good read. I probably like James Swallow's books second only to Dan Abnett as far as 40k is concerned.
Gaming news, I keep getting noobs on my team in DoW whats the deal?! I mean my stats are so horrible now that i can't join games cause people kick me cause of my loses  maybe I should forget my morals and resort to compstomping till my stats get better eh?
Oh well I'm done for now any suggestions on what I should write about in futura are appreciated, Laterz
