08-30-2009 Hey guys I just wanted to talk about the my favorite game of all time and THE GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME Final Fantasy VII.
I first played the game for PC in 1998. I was madd hype went I bought it from EB and I could wait to get home and play it. The instance I play it I knew it was the best game out there by far... surpassing previous SNES titles such as FFIII (FFVI ***) and even the king of SNES games Super Metroid. I had just brought a new gamepad to play the game too called the Exterminator. I also had a crappy computer back then with a weak video card. The video card was so weak that the game would glitch after Cloud parachuted into Midgar on disc 2. I had to wait another full year to get purchase a new video card and finally I beat the game! Now just recently I played and ending FF7 of the psn for my psp and I ran through it fairly quickly and mastered everything. It wasn't until I got up to the final fight with Sephiroth that I noticed that in the psn version of the game only lets you split up into TWO GROUPS to fight Bizarro Sephiroth. After that Sephiroth BLOWS AWAY the 2 party members that I haven't selected to be in a group. Right then I quickly loaded up FF7 for my PC and got up Sephiroth and the game asked me to form THREE GROUPS to fight him. Now I never ended the original FF7 for the playstation but I was wondering if anyone else noticed this distinction between the two games and why does it happen...... also you can share some of your first experiences w/ FF7
