@mdign: You know they are giving them away for free right? That means they are worthless. Either that or the Diamonds are extremely overpriced? :P

It really is a shame that Nintendo can't give away their own games. There are plenty of NES games that could be given as rewards. Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, Ice Climbers and many others. Nintendo can strengthen their brands by offering NES, Game Boy games as promotions during the release of newer versions like Metroid The Return of Samus or Super Mario Bros when they release Odyssey.

@visforvictory: There is some truth to this. I have spent lots of money over the years but in truth I have made money playing games. With digital that gain will eventually become a loss and I will have to evaluate my purchases more. Will I stop probably not but those 60$+ game will have to be really good or I won't take a risk.
