Something little about the yours truly..

Hello all folks, as some of you may have noticed, ENGLISH is not my native language. Therefore I am aware of the fact that there can occur errors in my postings. Despite the mistakes, I am 21 years old. Something between casual and professional gamer, but still.. more on the casuals weight.

I like old adventure games and roleplaying genre has always appealed to me, although my roleplayings stay in the games and in my bedroom. In short. I do not do live roleplay. Never understood that stuff, but if peeps want to go into forest with plastic swords and play knights together even though they are beyond the age of 15, its their own life.

Only MMORPG game I've really had the patience to put time and effort into is Anarchy Online. It is challenging and you have to think and calculate in that one if you want to get the best stuff on your character.. Rare luxury in MMORPG.

In my reviews you can see what kind of games I've found fun to play. Many games missing from that list but maybe someday fill in, but you get the picture.

One of DS's treasures.

I picked up my ds again from my drawer about a month ago, when I received couple of ds games from a friend. I've been having difficulties putting my ds down ever since. Mostly because of the game called Hotel Dusk: Room 215. Just finished it and just had to pour some of thoughts about it here. I loved it. There are too few games like this one.

The amount of "somewhat intriguing" dialog was plenty but it was working perfectly. Occasionally slight elements of dullness, but those moments were necessary for the rest of the storyline. At one point, I came accross a feeling that the writers of story had ran out of the idea they had in the beginning of the game and kind of changed the story. But in the end, I did not see too many loopholes in the story. To me, after the ending, there were no more questions.

The game **** All the cartoony, black and white, occasional use of colours on characters but constantly on the background - elements made it really fascinating. I'd only wish there was coming another game such as this. Fingers crossed for the next release from the Cing game dev..

One game that reminds me vaguely from this, is the last express. For you who the name says nothing, its an adventure game which takes place on the a train, but enough about that. I still have yet to finish that one ;P So I'll post about my opinions about that one later on. Like it or not!

Oh and yes.. I know this turned into just another game review which should be in the reviews part, but I felt I had to talk about such masterpiece here. Oh and please, if you shared an opinion about this game with me, please let me know what other games you found fun.
