Well, avatar uploads and sizes have now been updated on all 4 sites.  Finally!  I spent a few minutes today setting my banner and avatar to the same everywhere.  Now you'll know me by sight.  Unless someone rips it off.  Thanks again to Snide for making the banner for me so many moons ago.  :)
