Having owned some superb games for the PS2, its now time to consider which games I want for the PS3, using the PS2 games as a benchmark. The reason Im replacing, rather than adding to is for 2 reasons; 1) I've got the 40gb ps3. 2) I dont want the clutter.

1a. Timesplitters - it goes without saying I must replace this game. Therefore with Haze or TS4?

1b. Black, Medal of Honour, Rainbox Six - basically another FPS game, but modern/real warfare. Not hugely bothered about this, but then again, I do get bored of the sillyness of Timesplitters, so maybe: Haze, Resistance or COD4.

1c. Turok; a FPS with a twist. Ok, so have bought Turok PS3... its not as good as T2.

1d. STAR WARS Battlefront - how could I forget? Star Wars being its own special FPS, I must get the next one. Are the timesplitters developers making the next one with Lucas Arts???

2a. Need for Speed - a crazy car game is a must too. Have got Burnout and not enjoying it; its too arcade. Have borrowed and almost completed NFS Pro St... what next?

2b. GT3 and 4 - pahhh GT5 is the natural idea, but Im not interested anymore, GT4 was too complex.

2c. Colin Mcrae 4 - DIRT is the new one; people say its pants though. And I could never get into CM4.

3. GTA3 and Vice - totally loved these games, but got bored with San Andreas, too long winded, not relaxed enough. However, GTA4 is due for my birthday, so no decision or money needed there. GTA-IV.

4. ESPN NFL - totally love my sports games and used to reply upon EA to give me my fun, with Street NBA, to Soccer, to Snowboarding, but ESPN's NFL game is my most ever played game on the PS2. Therefore... where is ESPN NFL PS3 ???

5. Roleplay/Story - not sure what I want to replace. Could never get into 3rd person; be it Metal GS, or Splinter Cell.

6. Puzzle/platform - not sure I want to replace Prince of Persia and Tomb Raider, God of War, never play them anymore. So Assassin Creed just the same???

7. Guitar Hero. Cannot afford to replace those, so will place PS2 and guitar upstairs.
