I agree with most of the negative things you mentioned, however this game has the most realistic open world I've ever seen and is a blast to play. My personal favorite missions so far have been the Nostradamus and murder mysteries
Good point about the best open world games emphasizing exploration, but I disagree with the statement that watch dog's world doesn't feel believable. Yeah there is not as much wonder in the environments and the mini games break the credibility of the setting, but looking around you see people going about there daily lives and doing all sorts of things; not just walking. The ability to see people's info also gives them much more humanity than the faceless npc fillers that populate other open world games
Despite the obvious inspirations from batman and assassins creed this game looks totally awesome, and that nemesis system is definitely one of the coolest ideas I have heard in a while.
