My family and I turned off all of our lights for one hour from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. We played cards by candle light so we had fun. I love this event because it is "a huge symbol of global solidarity" (David Cameron), and it also helps preserve our Earth's resources; even if it is at a small scale!
