Never understood why people complain about designs. If the thing does what you expected it to, who cares about the package it comes in? That 2DS looks alright to me.
That or they're waiting for Microsoft to say how much they're going to charge for the next iteration of Live and then rub it in Microsoft's face that PSN will remain free.
