I haven't played mass effect yet. Dead space is pretty entertaining the first time playing but after you've beaten it you probably wouldn't play it again. It gets really tired after about 4 hours of gameplay. But that is just my opinion. Bioshock on the other hand is an extremely fun game that has lots of choices making gameplay feel more free and just makes it more awesome. The graphics are insane on bioshock and the enemies and weapon add ons and upgrades are wicked. So in my opinion I like bioshock the most out of the three but I'm still yet to play mass effect.
I'd vote for dawn of war 2 because coh was a extremely fun and enjoyable rts and I was reading a interview with one of the producers of the game and it sounds and looks awesome. I never really got into starcraft. I played it once and thought it wasn't that good, warcraft 3 was much better.
Finally dawn of war has introduced the tyranids! w00t!
L4D would pwn dead space! Dead space is alright, it feels like doom 3 crossed with resident evil 4. L4D is a more action packed fast paced multiplayer zombie game. Dead space is good playing the first time but after a while it gets tired and boring but L4D offers hours and hours of multiplayer zombie mayhem and carnage.
