Ugh so i thought i would be way more active cause it's summer! BUT I HAVE SUMMER READING!!!! Usually i just save it for the last month, but this year I HAVE 7 BOOKS!!!!! :evil:

I've got 5 for LA and 2 for history :cry: But i did finish one of my LA books last night... so i guess 1 down 6 to go :? but the history books are ridonculus!!!! It took me 2 hours to finish reading/taking notes on 10 PAGES!!!! What the heck!!! T_T

So sorry i'll try to finish up as many books as a can as fast as i can and be more active :D (haha i think i just made a late new year's resolution :shock: )

HEY! I havn't been on gamespot for almost a year! DANG!

The thing is i don't even know why... I guess school just got the best of me :P

ugh school >.> yup... i've had three days of heck! :P haha but seriously... i hate school already and it's been three days!!! I have tons of homework every night and i'm not even taking all advanced classes like last year!!! ugh but the worst part is i think i have to take concert band!!!! i'm in marching band [i'll explain why later :P] for the first semester of school then the next semester is concert band and you CAN drop it if you want, but most kids don't... :? Anyways i'm in marching band cause it gives you PE credits and I HATE PE!!! Like it used to be my favorite subject in elementry and middle school but now we have to take notes and we have test!!!! WTF!!! it's PE!!! but i had to take a class last year cause it's manditory or something... but now if i do marching band for the rest of my highschool career i don't have to do anymore PE! :D but my parents are making me do concert band also! ugh without concert band on wednesdays i could go home at 12 cause i have 5th off and we have a block schedule [odd number classes only] that day. But i havn't been active cause of school :( sry bout that

so as you may or may not know i was at band camp... :( haha definetly not the way i wanted to end my summer... but now i have four days off [till monday] until school starts! so i'll be hanging out with my friends, playing games, and i'll finally be active here [somewhat... :P]!

Also what's up with the new gamespot? if you ask me it looks an awful lot like giant bomb. i don't have an account and i don't plan on getting one but i've seen the site a couple times. But does anyone even like the new gamespot? cause personally i liked it just as it was... mabey i just havn't gotten used to it yet... but i still prefer the old gamespot...

anyways i've been playing tales of symphonia [probally thes best RPG ever! no joke! if you don't have this game you should look for it!] because i havn't beaten it in a while and it's my favorite game ever made and boy it's bringing back a lot of memories! :P other than that i havn't been doing much [besides band camp >.>]. O haha i got stung by a wasp yesterday and now the bottom of my left forearm is all swollenand it itches really bad but when iitch it it just hurts >.> :P

so has anything happened [besides gamespot getting a makeover :P] while i was gone?

ugh! so today i started marching band T_T and from 8-12 we were outside practing marching and it was super hot!!! [like 95 degrees!!!!]. but then in the afternoon we went inside to practice music and me and my friend decided to talk in british accents :P haha but then the sax captain was freaking out cause we were talking so much but we didn't hear him cause we were talking :P bahah but then he got really pissed and now i seriously think he wants to shoot me [or at least make me quit :P]. haha but then since he hates me so much he thought it would make me mad if he moved me to second sax, haha but i was just like "whatever son" in my british accent :P haha i guess it's not very funny if your not there, but at the time it was hilarious! haha and i guess you'd have to know everyone [like their personality]... but you can just pretend :P but i also probally won't be very active because of band camp T_T and i have to go to bed early now cause i have to get up at 630 :? haha so no more staying up till 3 in the morning till next summer :P

i havn't been on hardley at all and i havn't been able to comment on anyone's blog [i've barely had time to even read them :o]. but i've just been busy hanging out with my friends and playing games :D i finally beat super mario galaxy with mario for the first time and now i'm playing it with luigi [which i think is WAY easier cause he can jump higher/further]. so sorry i havn't really been active but i don't think i'll be very active for about another two weeks :( band camp starts on monday :o :( :'( yeah i kno... i'm in band camp >.> but the only reason i'm in it is cause we go on trips to europe and a lot of my friends are in it [i met a lot of them last year and i met my best friend cause he was standing next to me on the first day :P]. but i hope all is well with everyone :)

what Giantbomb is? It seems like it popped up over night. Everyone is talking about it and how their signing up for it so i'm just wondering what it is. I heard it was started by Jeff, a guy who got kicked off or gamespot cause of his review... but idk. thx :)

so i got guitar hero: on tour for my birthday and i was hesitant to open it. i needed the 50 dollars cause i'm saving up for something [it's a suprise so i can't say till i get it :P] but i decided to open it and try it. THE FIRST TWO TIERS I SERIOUSLY ALMOST CRIED CAUSE THEY WERE SO EASY AND BAD!!! so i was thinking that i could just put it back in the package and return it, but then i relized that you would onlyl get like 20 bucks for it so i was really mad. But i kept playing and the third tier was actually pretty fun and it was getting me excited about the game. Same with the fourth tier, but then the fifth and final tier came... WHAT THE HECK WERE THEY THINKING PUTTING SOME OF THESE SONGS IN THIS GAME!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I don't want to stop has a solo that's impossible [i'll explain something that has to do with this in a minute] and Knock Me Down has strumming that's so fast the game can hardley tell your strumming!!! But i passed the songs both on my second try [barley for Knock Me Down. Miss one more note i would have failed!] Then came the final song... I Know A Little... THIS SONG IS LIKE IMPOSSIBLE!!! I fail almost always in the first 30 seconds of the song because the hammer ons are just all over in some parts and their going to fast or cause i hit the hammer on to early and i have to strum a note! But if you miss like 10 notes in a row you fail the song and since the song has a lot of hammer ons and they go fast, if you miss one note it'll be hard not to fail! So for this song i went into practice mode [first time i had to] and PRACTICE MODE DOSN'T EVEN EXIST!!! Now what i mean by this is "practice mode" is basically "play over and over mode". Unlike other gh games you can't change the speed of the song [ie: slow, slower, etc...] it just goes full speed all the time!!! And once the section finishes IT STARTS OVER INSTANTLY!!! SO YOU NEVER GET TO SEE HOW YOU DID [notes missed, percentage, etc...]. This is why I Don't Wanna Stop is almost impossible to FC cause the solo goes faster than anything else in any guitar hero game [besides One Solo A...]. ALSO!!! MY STRAP ON THE GUITAR GRIP FELL OFF!!! WTF!!! I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SONG AND IT CAME LOOSE SO I TIGHTENED IT AND IT FELL OFF!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! i havn't played the game since it fell off so idk how it's gonna be... so overall i honestly give GH: OT 4/10 because the strumming dosn't respond sometimes, IT FALLS APART!!!, the practice mode is TERRIBLE!!!, and guitar duels SUCK! there amazingly easy and not even all that much fun! WASTE OF SPACE! DON'T EVER GET THIS GAME!!! unless you feel it will work well for you [this is not my game if you can't tell :evil:]

Okay now that that rant is over with, onto driving [not a rant :P]. So i got my permit today and i went out with my dad and driving is actually pretty easy. This is going to sound stupid but i think Mario Kart Wii actually helped me cause that game dosn't over exagurate turns. Like you hardley have to turn to turn in the game and same with real life. The only trouble i had was parking and having enough room on both sides >_< lol ya i suck at parking and my dad got really pissed! haha but he gets mad at like everything i do wrong! like i didn't stop completly at a stop sign, but if i did stop i would have had to wait like a minute to go again cause i could see a line of cars coming so i decided to go cause i had more than enough room to and he made me switch places with him until we got home >.> whateva it was still fun :P

o and if you have gh: ot tell me what you think of it :D cause i hate it but i want other opinions to see if they can change mine :P :D

hey!!!

so i've been gone for a 2 weeks ish and i decided that i finally have enough time to write a blog. I'll try to make it short :D

I beat LoZ: TP 100% for the third time but this time i didn't use a guide :o. Hardest game ever [to 100% w/o a guide :P]. But seriously the poe souls were EVIL to find! same with the freakin Insects!!! i kind of remembered where they were but i couldn't find the last one!!! UGH! then there's heart pieces, which were basically the same as insects in some parts!!! They put a heart piece on a rock that you couldn't see unless you were right next to it!!! WTF! lol but it feels good to FINALLY be finished :P

Hmm... lets see i also finished all my summer reading [FIVE FREAKING BOOKS THAT SUCK!!! well i guess some people might like them cause there classics and all but tome it's a waste of my time... :P] Lol but for two of the books i didn't even read them :P I just used spark notes to read the chapter summeries cause the books are written in "olden language" and are kind of really confusing!

I basically finished learning how to read japanese :D There's still like 10000 characters that i don't know but i don't really care cause you can just skip certain characters and it still makes sense and most people use only around 6000 different characters :P lol but now i can finally read/write/speak japanese!!!! :D this sounds dumb but it's been my dream to become fluent in japanese since i was in like 3rd grade cause i've always wanted to visit/live in Japan! :D

Hmm... i guess the only big thing that i did was... complete drivers ed... :o Yes i'm only 15 [actually my birthday's tomorrow so i'm only 14 right now, but that's a different story that ties into this]. But driver's ed is hell [not sure if i can say that so don't mod me... it should be the only "bad word" for the rest... :P] You sit in a little room for 8 hours a day and listen to a guy talk about the same things OVER AND OVER!!! haha but i went in with my best friend and two other people that i knew and we just messed around the whole time :P haha so it was fun but boring!!! if that makes any sense... :P lol but as i was saying before my birthday is tomorrow and i finished drivers ed today so i don't get my permit till tomorrow! :o i think it's dumb cause i'll be 15 in 5 hours >.> ugh and i have to take the permit test again!!! i took a "practice" test but it was the same as the real one and i got a perfect score on it >.> that test is a joke though. you could take a 10 year old with common sense off the street and he would probally get 80% [passing grade]. But their making me take it again tomorrow so i guess there's nothing i can do if i want my permit. But i FINALLY GET TO DRIVE!!! lol now i don't have to talk to my parents to take me places :P lol well i guess i have to have a parent in the vehicle until my license but i can just get my sister to come :D

haha so that's about all that happened with me! :D
