I am having the same problem. My friends that live on the west coast (USA) were not able to get into matches last week. Then I wasn't able to this past weekend. It may have something to do with the free to play Battlefield game on the PC that is in beta right now. EA/DICE were trying to get at least 10,000 players on their servers on saturday.

If the new CoD isn't modern, I won't be buying it. Too many WW2 shooters out there already. I'll just go for Halo: Reach.orb_03_2006

both games are scheduled for release fall 2010. Which one do you think will be better. I personaly am going with halo reach. I am getting tired of the same old CODfish every year and have never grown bored of the occasional team slayer

Halo lost me after ODST but maybe Reach will be good. CoD7 is rumored to be in Vietnam or Cold War w.e. CoD has always impressed me with their games.

I think MAG looks great on the PS3, and I'm buying Battlefield Bad Company 2 for the PC. Shooters belong on the PC.

Enjoy your PS3, If you want another game to enjoy I highly recommend Resistance 2, pretty cheap these days, I loved the Single player and co op and thoroughly enjoyed its online. Well my PSN ID is in my sig, and i play KZ2 a little bit, so add me if you want.
