I was wondering, say if I got a small cross tattoo on my left wrist, and it was facing away from me because it is more socially accepted to have it that way, and I got another small tattoo on my right wrist that was a word, and say that this word was facing me. Would it look strange?

Kinda random but I was just wondering when my feet would stop growing, I'm 16 and I'm a dude, i am almost 5'7 right now, my dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'4, my current shoe size is like a 8.5 to a 9.5 varying on the type of shoe. Any ideas?
