Reduced Lunch Edition:

My Mom finally got around to putting in for it, cause im tired of not being able to afford lunch, and starting tomorrow, my breakfast will cost 30 cent's, and my lunch will cost 40 cent's, instead of $1.75, and $2.00:D Even though there was a lil problem, and they processed it wrong, and I easyly qualify for free lunch. I will just re apply some other time, later, but for now im cool. Cause sometimes after We pay bill's, and the internet, and there is a a week till pay day, we don't even have a dollar.:evil: But still this is cool, cause for the last 3 week's, ever sence I quit my job, ive had to hustle, just to get my lunch money. My mom suggested we just cut the internet, but you know the answer to that... Im waaayyy too addicted to Gamespot to EVER give up my internet.:)

Before & After Edition:

 I was set to finish my All Out Battle EP by today, but I had some problem's. My $8 mic let me down, and broke. Well at least now im forced to buy a better one. Truely the thing was sooo crappy, that I had to put it on top of a peice of cardboard, and then wrap a sock around the base of it, to keep it from rattling like crazy.
Baisically what I was gonna finish doing today is, finish putting in skit's, and redo my old work's, cause alot of my song's were done a few month's ago, when I literally knew nothing about making song's and producing. And the Hardware, and Software I had, only made it sound worse.

Warrior In The Paint Edition:

Today is wednesday... Wednesday is basketball practice for the church league that I play for. Now when I was little I was the man when it came to basketball. I was stronger, taller, older ( im 16, but in 10th grade )and I was the third fastest kid at my elelmentary school, and it had 1,200 kid's, with a 80+% of them black. ( nothing racial, but black people are just fast ) But the past 3, or so year's, ive turned into a real wuss. I havnt worked out at all, or played sport's, and for a moment in there I was moving so often it was impossible to play any sport's ( I moved twice in the same week once ) So this is my first year back, and I have pretty much sucked, but the past few month's I have been practicing non-stop, and especially working on my box out skill's, cause despite im 6 feet 1, and 175 pound's, im in the top 3 fastest people on my team, but my fundamentals are horrible. I have probably the worst shooting percentage known to man, so inside is my space. But my inside game sucked, cause I wasnt using proper box-out tecniques, and other defensive stuff.
So anyway today at scrimmage ( My church has 2 team's, cause there is too many people for just one team ) I only scored 4 point's which is about my average, but I got, count em 16 rebound's. I was dominating defensive down low, and no one could stop me, I usually only get about 5 rebound's the whole time, so obviously this is a bog difference. I can't wait till our game on saturday, where I can test out my skill's on actual opponent's. I am also going to get air alert, and If I can gain a few inches on my vertical I will be able to dunk! That would own.

The Rediscovery of Grits Edition: 

I remember when I was like 10, or 12, some time a long time ago... I don't even remember.
Anyway we were switching the channels right on the radio, cause the pop station, gospel, and rap station were all sounding real wack. We then stopped on this one station... The christian station, and they were having a friday night christian rap mixtape kinda thing, and I was surprised, all the song's were really really hot! There was alot of song's, but one of them stuck out in my mind, and it was this one song where the hook went "They all Fall Down" And it was about the tightest ish I had ever hered. From then on out, whenever we were out cruising at friday night, we said screw that to all those secular station's, and we would turn it to the christian station, and listen to those christian mixtapes that they spun.
Then I remember going to a concert with my bro to see this rap group, and one of the act's was GRIT'S a Christian Rap group, and they tore up the roof! Once again this was a long time ago, probably around 2000 or something. So anyway I always ment to buy a grits album, but I never did.
Then I was just online today ( Like 15 min's ago ) and I remembered that song, so I just typed out the name of the hook in Limewire, and it was there. Downloaded it, and sho' enough it was the same song I had been searching for all thease year's.
With the link below, and tell me they don't own, and im just outta my damn mind, cause I thought they were the sh!t, and still do. I am going to go out, and buy ALL of there albums, to support them. I saw Dctomy A & B at the store yesterday, and I got money, so im copping it.

Thease are all there albums, and they are coming out with a new one in '06.
G.R.I.T.S. short for... Grammatical Revolution in the Spirit.
People talk about rappers being sellout's. Thease guy's are the definition of real. They are pioneers in there feild of rap, they have flow's that match that of any mainstream rapper, and could lyrically destroy them in most instances. Add onto that they hail from the south... it's just win win. I see Grit's going Platnum if they go mainstream and sellout.

MIXTAPE ADDICTION EDITION:

Man the last few day's ive rediscovered Mixtapes, and ive copped 8 of em in the last 3 day's!!! I havnt even been able to listen to 1/3 of the track's!!!


First one I got was Joe Budden's Mood Muzik:

Strtballer516 reccomended this one to me. This one is All Joe Budden, and Ive been feeling most of the track's like 6 minutes of death, but The only track Ive really loved so far is 'Dumb Out'


Next I checked out was the latest G-Unit one, I don't even feel like putting down the pic for this one, cause it suck's ass, and I deleted this crap immediatly after I got it.


Third one I copped was:
A Tribe Called Quest's Hit's Rarities, and Remixes.

It's exactly what you would expect, a great mixtape, from a great Group, and has all there hit's here like Oh my god, and Electric Relxation, fully remixed, and excellent. 10/10


next in line was:
Raekwon's The Vatican Mixtape Volume 1:

I had hered of this a while back in The Source Mag, or something, and I loved Koopa, but I didnt have internet then, and even if I had I probably wouldnt have copped it. But now I have, and I must say from what ive hered it is excellent, and contains many of Koop's own remixes of hot song's of '05 like ' im a hustler ' You should check it out.


Next in line was The 'Official' Mixtape for Dre's upcoming album DETOX.

Rap fan's you probably just pissed yourself after hearing that, well heres the truth... It's not a real mixtape for it, and the DJ suck's, as he messes up even such classic's as Nuthin but a G thang, by adding his own sh!tty beat's to it... Don't even give this fake feeble attempt at real Dre. material a chance.


Third one I checked out was:
The DTP Mixtape

I saw this and read the reveiws, and I crapped myself, there were so many people hyping this, and I havnt owned a Luda album sence Word Of Mouf, so he was still a stone cold killa on the mic to me...
I was dissapointed with this, at least so far. It has some good cut's, but some suck.


Then:
The Return of The Hot Boyz:

I didn't have high hopes for this, but the album art owned, and I had never owned a Hot Boys CD, so I wanted to see what they were all about.
I am fairly dissapointed so far, there is only 5 good song's out of the 10 ive listened to so far.

Don't let the title fool you, this is some straight fire!
It has 2 disc's, one with it all regular, and the other CD is them Chopped & Screwed. There is about 70 track's in total, and not all the mixes on here are from the south, there is also some 2pac remixes in here, and so far only one of the track's ive hered has been wack.

Y.M.C.A. Killa Edition

   So anyway, I went to the gym near by where I live. What you do is go up to the front desk, and rent a ball with a number, and then take your ball in the gym, and shoot around, or play a game. Now I was shooting hoop's, and I got a rebound, and shot a midrange, and made it. I put up my hand's for change, and this 10 year old say's "This is my ball". Now I don't wanna be a total jerk, so im like " Ok little man cool, right now were doing change, and when it's time for you to leave, just let me know, and I will get the ball for you " and he's like " Just gimme back my ball " and im like "Cool man you got it, but theres change ok"
. He say's "don't steal my ball bastard" And then I kept holding the ball nicely trying to tell him the concept of change, and then his little fat friend comes over, and start's talking sh!t. And I tell him it's cool cause of change, and he say's " We don't play like that " And I say " That's cause your a f@g " Cause Im now really angry. and he say's shut up. and im like "shut up fatboy" and he then calls me a fatboy. ( Mind you im 6 feet 1 inch, weigh 175 pounds and half a 4 pack ) So im just like. "Whatever man"

Then there is a 4 on 4 half court game, and this really fat tall kid is obsessed with guarding me. He's saying " I got the w!gga " But I just ignored him.
Finally after ive scored 10 point's on him, Packed his fat ass, and he is still talking sh!t, I say... " Shut up fatty Mcbutterpant's " He is like you shut up fatboy look at your stomach. and im thinking... Did I just get called fat twice in the same night by 2 different kid's with 45+ inch waist's ? WTF?
So I go and get a rebound, and he try's to steal the ball from me by grabbing on the ball, and holding it. I tell him to let go, cause he just fouled me... AGAIN, and everyone is like "Get off f@g " So I wrap my leg around him and slam him on his back really hard, and he still wont let go, so while still holding him I baisically pick him up and slam him again.
Now when he get's up he is talking sh!t again, and I have lost my patience, so I pop him in the mouth as hard as I can ( Mind you I trained at a boxing gym for 4 year's of my life ) he kinda falls back, and his lip start's bleeding, and then he run's up, and bear hug's me, and try's to knee me in the ball's. Now im going to really fight. ( Im also a whiteboy from the projects so best beleive I can fight like a motha ) So I fore arm him in the face, and sternum, and pop him in the nose, he then try's to headbut me, so I take it to a different level, and knee him in the gut ( We are still like semi holding on to each other, and turn him around, trip him from the front, and slam his face on the gym floor as hard as I can, and he start's screeming, and crying. ( and he is about 16 )
Now the cround that was around us chanting is more in shock, and is like WTF! I see the security guard come thru the gym, so I walk out the door, then run out the back. ( I only live 10 black's away, so I run down the side of the street, and get home.
That was some crazy sh!t. Nothing aint happend to me like that in year's.
I dont have a membership there, I get in on my friend's, so I think im safe.
I just hope the cop's dont know it was me, cause I could get sued over some stuff like that, or arested.
Sure does make for a good story though!

Yeah I got suspended for 3 day's... again. It was pretty much bull. I got suspended for on New Year's day like 30 sec's after the ball dropped, I posted in OT...

Talk about bull. But anyway, how was your 2005? For me it was one of the best year's for me. I passed 9th grade. Got a gang of friend's in my neighborhood to hang with ( Not a real gang of course. Think Charlie Brown ) I joined Gamespot, and became addicted to it at the library. Got a computer with high speed online, and I had sex. It was a good year for me, what about you?
  

The Good & The Bad Edition
Well life tody as usual is boring as hell. My mom once again is at work from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. with no break's. My 4 best friend's who live in my neighborhood arnt home for the holiday's, so I can't go over to there house, and ride bikes, or hang out, or play uno, or dice. This is the 5th day in a row ive been all alone at home for 10+ hour's. I have so many study guides it's depressing to just go into my room, and my girl doesnt wanna talk to me. So here I am talking online to my fellow nerd's who 90% of them just like me have absolutely no life, which is why they are here. It makes me sad just thinking about them.
I have no more weed, and no way to drive to the eastside to get some, cause I don't have a car, even though im 16, BUT There is some good new's. I just saved a bunch of $$$ for when I do get my car by switching to geico.

Well today, I woke up at about 10:30, got up, and went on gamespot for about 30 min's. Then I took my dog for a walk, ate, and watched TV, went over to my friend's house, and dropped off the MIXTAPE for him I had made. Went to the mall and windowshoopped, then went and saw King Kong.

That movie was really really sad. Any sad movies you remember.

Today was an eventfull day...
I left my grandparent's house ( They live about 200 miles away ) and got home at 6:00, then I ate, started to move the computer to a different room. And then went to basketball practice... After basketball practice, about half the team went to see Dick & Jane with Jim Carey, very very funny movie! then I got home at about 11:30, and finished moving the computer, and now here I am!
