Well 1up takes one of the scores from EGM reviewers for it's score and EGM is scored as an average of 3 reviewers. So one of the reviewers might have given it a 9.5 (not bloody likely) but yeah 10 is most likely.

This game unlike Twilight Princess (which basically followed the formula of Ocarina) is totally new and innovative with it's controls.

Yes he has mentioned this many times on On the Spot. However he is not Black-White color blind for sure. Or like I said reviewing Hexic, impossible.

Correct he is some sort of red-green or blue something. That is why he reviewed Hexic. No way in hell he could do that if he was black-white color blind.
