Fall TV Schedule

Well now that TV.com has their Fall thingy up, Ive compiled my list of shows I'll be watching. Oddly enough, my first blog post is about the same topic, and I posted it 51 weeks ago :P Anyways

Mondays I'll be tuning into Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles a 5, Prison Break at 6, Chuck at 8, and Heroes at 9. (This is of course due to the miracle of Satellite Television mixed with me living on the West Coast, so I can watch multiple shows on the same night.)

Tuesdays the list shortens a little, and gets a little more difficult, where I'll have to juggle watching Fringe, House, and Eli Stone, all of which air at the same time :P

Wednesday is so slow, that I have nothing to watch. I'll use it to catch up on my unwatched but recorded shows.

Thursday is another slow one, with only Smallville piquing my interests. (And not really, to be honest. I dunno if I'm going to be able to stick with it until the end, but I'm too invested into the series now to just quit watching it)

Fridays pick up a lttle, with Stargate Atlantis continuing, and Sanctuary starting in October. Mesa very excited!

Nothing on Saturday, but Sunday has The Simpsons at 5, Dexter at 6, Family guy at 9, and Entourage at 9:30.

Overall, pretty exciting but I wish there were more new series that interested me. The Midseason should pick it up big time with BSG's final 10 (Or 12, or whatever it is) Reaper, and of course Dollhouse.

Level 18 and New Avatar (yet again :P)

How do ya'll like the av? I couldn't get it resized to fit quite right, but what is within the lines is good enough for me. Atleast it shows Jack and te plate without cutting anything important off (such as his face and the plate's face ;))

wth?

I'm so confused right now. My Level should be 18 (0%) but instead it's 17 (100%) o_O how random is that? :P

Revised DVD list to buy on July 29th, 2008

Stargate: Continuum ($5 off from a coupon that i got with Ark of Truth that I have kept safely in my wallet the whole time :P)

SGA Season 4 - Check

Eureka Season 2 - Check

Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season 4 - Check

Angel Season 1- Check

I also picked up The X-Files Season 2

Overall it was a pretty large haul but I was lucky enough to get some sale prices so its all good :P

Late Night DVD Ideas

I was skimming around TV.com and Noticed that Eureka S2 was now available on DVD. This got me to thinking about what else was out there, seeing as I hadn't bought any DVDs in about a month (and have barely watched the ones I did buy) and now I have the itch to buy some.

I was planning on getting Buffy S4 and Angel S1 as they were on sale, up until recently anyways. Saddened by the fact that they had gone back to normal price, I looked around for other series on sale and lo-and behold, The X-Fies was back on sale! The same series I had planned on buying in full until they took it off sale was back down to the bargain price of $20/season. I had only bought season 1 to test the waters of the X-Files and I loved it, but when I went back to the store to buy more seasons, the sale had ended and I was left to wonder what was next. Now I'll find out when I get seasons 2 and 3. I'll also be picking up a stack of others, including Stargate Atlantis Season 4, the aforementioned Eureka Season 2, and Stargate: Continuum (I can't go until I get paid next Friday, and I might as wel wait until Continuum comes out so I can snag that as well while I'm there) I had also planned on purchasing the Animatrix, but I'll only do that if they have it visible, I don't really wanna search the store for it as it will only add to the rather large bill I will be paying.

All in all it will be a great haul that despite hurting my pocket a little, I'm really looking forward to. Hopefully I'll be able to get through the X-Files in time to go back before the sale is over this time :P Wish me luck :D

Note to Self

This is mostly just for me to keep track of the shows I'm planning to watch this summer/fall, but I guess it will also give ya'll a little insight into my watching habbits.

This Summer:

Last Comic Standing, America's Got Talent, Big Brother, Stargate Atlantis, The Mole, Weeds, Eureka. I'm pretty sure that's all I'll tune in to.

This Fall:

Dollhouse, Heroes, Smallville, Dexter, Chuck, Eli Stone, Terminator: TSCC, Probably Fringe, And now that I've seen Dr.Horrible and found the greatness that is Simon Helburg, I'll try The Big Bang Theory again (I watched a few episodes, but never stuck with it. If I can fit it in my hectic Monday Schedule I'll watch it) and that's all I can think of for now. When TV.com Gets a list up of all the fall shows I'm sure there will be some I've missed but right now I'm too lazy to do it myself.

Level 17 (yay!) and other random stuff

I finally got to level 17 today after 3 excruciating days of 97%, 98%, and finally 99% until reaching 17 today :) I get to be the crazy neighbor now! Great Icon IMO :P

Anyways, in other news, work is going good and I'm fitting in well, atleast I think I am. It's very nice to finally be bringing in some money, instead of just spending it without getting it back. Speaking of spending...I've been buying up DVD's like mad. I've now got all the Smallville DVD's, as well as all 4 seasons of the 4400. I've now started buying Buffy The Vampire Slayer DVD's, I've only got seasons 1+2 so far but next time I go out I'll get 3+4. It's almost time to get a new DVD tower too! I already have 2, one for Movies and one for TV shows, and It looks like soon I'll be having 2 for TV shows :P

Well that's all for now. I was just a little bored this morning and felt like giving ya'll an update on stuff, I guess :P

Until next time, Cya!

WooWoo!

Well, I got more info on the job today. I've had my orientation and I start work tomorrow  It seems I'll be working about 4 days a week, so that should bring in plenty of cash to suffice. What's gonna suck is that after work tomorrow (8:30AM-5PM) I have to go to driving school from 6-9 PM :( No time to get on good old TV.com :( Ah well, It'll be alright. In other news, I'm planning to go buy some DVD's after my first paycheck comes, here's what I've got in mind so far (Subject to change by the time I'm paid) The 4400 seasons 2 and 3, and Smallville season 1 (No idea why I don't have the Smallville DVD's yet, but I'm getting started on them!) and Probably all 3 Matrix movies (funny, the box set is $60, but the individual movies are $5.99 each).

Woohoo!

I got a job! lol :P I'm not sure about the specifics yet, but I'm going in for orientation on Thursday :) It's part time so at least I got what I was looking for, but I don't yet know how much I'll be making. I'm expecting like $9/hr or more, but that's just a guess at this point. Still, I'm glad to be making money again. Now I can buy more DVD's :D I think I'll actually save some money this time as well, because you just never know what you might want right? Anyways, I just felt like sharing the news with whoever is gonna see this, so I'm out until the next time I feel the need to blog.
