It's funny how the comments are either "these Glassdoor complainers must be liars" to "I don't care about their employment situation...cause I got the game(s) I want".
Truth be told...much more respect for the second class of responders for at least being honest in their own sense of entitlement/selfishness. I feel the same way...cause honestly...I don't live in Poland nor work for CDPR and I only play the games so why should I be expected to care.
The first class...who are in denial though about hearing CDPR has done wrong...these people irritate me. I'm sure they also think Ubisoft and EA are just horrible places to work (despite generally positive workplace reviews) because of course making non repetitive games and endearing yourself to the public means a company is always and without exception going to also be an excellent place to work right? Such an insulated view of how things work and just overall naivety based sole off you personally liking the companies games...that kind of stuff part of what gives gamers a bad name and why the big companies really shouldn't ever listen to you...because you don't even know the things you don't know.
Witcher 3 is a blood diamond of sorts...and future games from CDPR is they continue with the same level of detail/innovation and "wheel rebuilding" after backbreaking and long hours from thier workers will also be the same. They've clearly put their eggs in the PR basket as opposed to trying to strike more of a balance for their employees. It's cool..again I get it...and if they still actually have disposable souls to work the next big thing more power to them...but lets not pretend this situation is something it isn't
Nier Automata doesnt even work with 780 graphics cards to this day. No fan made patches yet exist to fix this...no patches at all from shitty developer as far as i know.
