@Simulator_Shock: Cross has a much better storyline and better writing. The problem most people had with Cross was that it killed off the cast from CT. Chrono Cross is one of those sequels that isn't just a rehash but it actually managed to feel quite different.

I'm sure you or someone else will try really hard to find that one black guy who does it, hispanic guy who does it and so forth. That's all good. But there isn't a culture of American minorities that actively do this. In nearly all cases its always some white dude. The question is why should this be the normal and considered "ok'?
